About Me
Hi, I am a fun loving ofsted registered child minder with 37 years experience. I have cared for children of all ages from newborns up to 16 year olds. I have a BA honours Degree in early childhood studies and I regularly attend training such as paediatric first aid and child protection, as well as other courses in order to ensure my knowledge is up to date and I comply with legislation. I live in a 4 bedroom home with a garden . I love the outdoors . Even though i am a home based childcare professional i love being outside in all weathers . I attended outside stay & plays like forest school as well as others also i have a wide range of equipment and materials for the children I care for to use when we are home . I also take the children on outdoor trips to zoo’s, farms , libraries , museums and soft play as well as attending various children’s centres. I have 3 children of my own and am a caring and fun person and love the job I do. I follow the EYFS , & make sure the children are all on track . This is implemented in a fun way . My Experience
- I have been childminding for 37 years
- Have experience looking after children with autism and special needs
- Care for children from ages 3 months to 12 years
- As well as full daytime care I am also available for babysitting on evenings and weekends
- I am also on the Mildmay and Canonbury childminding network, which is a group of registered childminders that work in conjunction with local children's centres and services.
- I am an accredited childminder which means i have been verified by an independant assesor as being capable of providing early years education and meeting developmental needs of children from 2-5.
- I also do free 15 & 30 hours child care if your eligible
- I am a member of NCMA (national childminding association).
- I work closely with social services
My Qualifications
- BA Honours degree in early childhood studies

- I also attend regular courses/training throughout the year as well as listening to weekly webinars
My Availability
I am available Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 7:30pm. But can be flexible.
I am also available for babysitting in the evening & overnight
