Communication not great.

I hope others have a better experience with this provider than I did. 4 days before my child was due to start we have had deposit returned in favour of someone offering more money. This has left me with very few alternatives at the peak of back-to-school season. Very disappointed.

I do work on a first come first serve basis. I did not hear back from you, as you mentioned 'sorry for the delay in paying the deposit'. It was more of a miss-understanding.
