When I meet Louise for first time, they seem to be very professional.
I have been confirmed with them the space before going into holiday and 2 weeks before my children start date, when I asked them to do the contract they said that they didn’t have any space for my!
Very unprofessional
2 weeks before starting date!
as an excuse they said they were in high demand

We are sorry you feel this way, but from your initial visit on 23rd April, we made contact with you to see what was happening with your work on the 1st week July, your final response was 19th July, we mentioned twice contract has to be made before we can accept any dates for settle in periods which being a young child would be around 4-6wks, also no start dates was ever mentioned in our correspondence as you didn't know. It's not down to us to chase parent/s, as this can be perceived as hounding. We received your message on 21st Aug to arrange settle in dates (no contract mentioned) We gave the space up after assuming you had found alternative care or had a change in your circumstances as we are in the last week of Aug. We have never had this type of situation arise in our 22yrs as parent/s make a decision & fill out contract to safeguard their place.
