About Me
I’m a fully qualified Teacher with subject specialisms in English Language and Maths, as well as IT/ICT (I am a Chartered IT Professional and Chartered Engineer through the British Computer Society). I have been teaching for over 17 years, in FE and in Secondary Schools, and I am an approved maths Examiner with City & Guilds and Edexcel Pearson. I’m also a fully qualified piano teacher and I have successfully coached pupils for Grade 5 Theory (required before they can be entered for a Grade 6, or higher, practical exam). I am offering tutoring for English or Maths (from Key Stage 1 Primary or Entry level 1 to Level 2 or GCSE), Music Theory (all grades) and IT/ICT. I will tutor from home either 1 to 1 or small groups – or make home visits for 1 to 1 (South Liverpool area only).
