Bilquies is an incredibly, well spoken, gentle mannered, kind and attentive childminder. She started looking after my toddler shortly after his 2nd birthday and also provides after school pick up and care for my 5 year old.
She's very energetic and engages my 2 year old in a range of activities throughout the day, as well as tending to his needs. He settled with her really fast, and now treats her home as his own, testimony to this fact is, he's comfortable having lengthy naps at her house. Bilquies always tries to ensure my fussy 2 year old is well fed, and my 5 year old never returns home hungry.
She is flexible, and considerate.
My sons have become very attached both to her and also to her friendly children. My sons are genuinely delighted to be in the company of her children, with my two year old in particular asking for them on the days he doesn't see them.
It's reassuring other members of the household have also been CRB checked and are equally friendly.
Her home is immaculate and well equipped with toys and activities for children of all ages.
My only complaint?...she's now moving!

Bilquies always seems very caring towards children in her care. She communicates well and is very flexible.
