Great babysitter

Mitch came to babysit my 3 year old and he was super happy spending time with her, She was very attentive and kind playing lots of toys with him, and making sure he had what he needed. He was sad when she had to leave. She was very caring to my son and myself and offered me lots of advice on things too. We hope to see you soon Mitch :)

Babysitter one day and evening

Mitch took fantastic care of our 7 month old baby while we were out for a long day / evening at a wedding. she was friendly, caring, helpful and flexible. we will definitely have mitch as our babysitter again.

Lovely Nanny/Sitter

Our family uses Mitch for ad hoc weekend services. My eldest asks when she is coming to hang out with him again which we feel is very sweet. My youngest settles with her quite well. She is patient and kind with our kids which is all we can ask for. Would recommend her services!

Great with the children

Mitch worked with us from when my eldest was 6mo to 19mo, and when my youngest was 2 weeks old. She was calm and caring towards both our children, ensuring all their needs were met whilst also having fun with them. She did activities with them and supported us around the house by doing odd jobs when both children were asleep. She was always keen to take the children outside, either for a walk or to the park, and enjoyed exploring with them. She listened to what we found worked with the kids and acted upon this, something which we felt was especially important when caring for a newborn.

Wonderful nanny with teacher qualities

Michelle looked after our 2 children, a boy aged 3 with some speech delay and a girl aged 5 keen to learn as much as possible. Michelle took my eldest to school and home schooled her through various lockdowns whilst complimenting my sons nursery care. She taught him phonics and how to read, alongside setting fun challenges for my daughter. She always planned fun day trips in the holidays and had endless energy to look after them both. The kids adored her and would recommend her to any of her friends.

Our lifeline for two years

Mitch cared for our four grandchildren aged from six months to 30 months for a period of two years based in our house and one daughter. Two children at a time though occasionally 3, she is a very positive and bubbly individual who we were extremely happy to leave caring for the children. During lockdown we were able to see how she interacted with them and the three eldest absolutely loved her. (The youngest was a new born). We rated her as she would take on all tasks, looked after the nursery and helped pregnant daughter, loved cooking for and with them, be dedicated to ensuring the children had a mix of play and early education, be firm but positive to toddlers having a meltdown, extremely caring and above all focused on the children

Thank you for your feedback, although your comments make little or no sense. Despite my trying to contact you to address these points, I have not received a single reply. I pride myself on excellent services I have provided for over 20 years, and my other review/s substantiate this, as do my references. In cases in which I do not live up to a client’s expectations (which to date has not happened), I expect these issues to be raised at the time and or in communications post the service, none of which I received. I have appealed to the moderators of this site as your comments go against their terms and conditions and are wildly inaccurate. I wanted to avoid public confrontation, but I had no choice given the nature. I genuinely hope you find someone suitable going forwards for your lovely family, but my advice would be to address any concerns or issues directly, and at the time as these kinds of throw away reviews can be hugely damaging.
