Excellent setting with flexibility

Dhyan been there for nearly 3 years now, he’s very happy to attend & listen to instructions. He feels part of them when he goes there and he’s very indulgenced with the love and care that 365 childminding provides. I would not look back having my child in safe hands. Absolutely Amazing

We wished we found 365 Childminding sooner.

365 Childminding are highly competent, have supported the individual needs of our children really well. Both of our boys enjoy their time with Hetal, Hardik & Hema. It is a great peace of mind for us a parents knowing we can go to work and our children are in trusted hands. We have seen both of our boys develop in their motor skills and their cognitive development as the 365 team continuously work closely with the children completing different activities everyday including phonics, reading time, arts and crafts, writing and interactive story telling. They also learn about the world around them by partaking in different festivals and cultural events that occur on the Calendar. Meal times are exciting and nutritional with great home cooked food. They are so accommodating and always willing to help.

Excellent

We were recommended 365 through a friend and have not looked back. Our son loves this place. He is so well looked after, loves the various activities and obviously the home cooked food. We receive regular updates and pictures on a daily basis. The communication is fantastic and the team always take the time to ask about our child’s needs; such a personable service. It’s a lovely place to send your children. Look no further.

5 star childminder

I am very pleased with 365 childminding. It's been over 7 months since my 22 month old daughter has been attending this childminder and she has learned so much since going there. The staff are amazing and very proffesional. Definitely made the right choice by choosing them, highly recommend!

Excellent - Home from Home

I am a mother for 2 children who have both attended 365 childminding. My 5 year old is now at school and still remembers her time at the childminders. So when o had my younger son, I knew exactly where I was going to go when the time came. I made sure I could get a place and had asked well in advance and although had a 4 month wait it was worth as my younger son who has now been attending for 8 months, has settled in amazingly.
All at 365 are very accommodating and have always helped my children progress. I am very happy with the services provided and the warm, care and love given. It’s like family and I have no doubts it had been the best start for them.
365 have also catered for the dietary requirements well and helped the children with all the EYFS core milestones.

Brilliant Childcare with a personal approach

Placing in our daughter with 365 childminding when she was 9 months old was a brilliant choice. Our daughter receives fantastic care, fresh food, and the opportunity to learn and play in a safe environment. 365 childminding are extremely accomodating and treat our daughter exactly as we had hoped. She does a huge variety of activities, and we get regular updates, pictures and have noted the progress in her development since starting. We feel we receive good quality communication from the team, who make us feel at ease and confident with our child's care. I would highly recommend.

Our Extended Family

Brilliant 5 star childminder

I'm very pleased with 365 childminding.Hetal and Hardik are really supporting in all the needs, always responding on all my enquries and they are very flexible with the hours which I couldn't find anywhere else. They are doing amazing job with my son, monitoring his development and write everything in diaries where you can track how your child is doing. My child is happy, always asking if he can go to play with his friends which is a huge response from his side that he is enjoying his time there with all the activities.

The Best Childminder you could ever ask for!

365 Childminding has been the best move we made for our 2 year old daughter! The staff are kind and nurturing and treat our daughter like their own child. They have always ensured she is properly cared for from the settling in sessions when it was challenging and emotional to her now routine daily attendance.

When she has been sick, unlike other childcare settings which would call and request that the child is picked up dirty, they made sure she was given a warm bath, cleaned properly and dressed with fresh clothes. We have never seen a childminder care for a child the way they do. Their love for the children is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a childminder.

As we are Gujarati, they also try to speak to our daughter in our mother tongue to make her feel comfortable in the childcare setting, so it feels homely and she does not feel like she is away from her family.

We can say with confidence that when we drop my daughter to 365 Childminding my mind is at ease and without the slightest of worry. The staff are exemplary and have always gone beyond our expectations to ensure our daughter is fed, educated and had a restful nap.

Our daughter loves going to nursery and always comes home Happy and asks for the staff even on weekends!!

Excellent Place for keeping child for growth

My daughter Just turned 3 and has been attending 365 childminding since the age of 1. They provide an amazing service, with smiling faces. I can see how hard work they do.

My daughter comes home and tells me what she has done at the setting all day activity.
365 childminding provided all training which I was thinking how will we managed with both of us working everyday, like using cutlery, potty, etc. biggest challenging trainings. I am really very happy to say that she refuse to were Nappies in age of 2 years 7 months and she don't wear in nights also.

This place is very safe, have friendly culture and environment. Other good things like they are celebrating the birthdays of kids. Celebrating the all festivals which helps kids to interact and know more about all culture.

I am really happy to have this nursery for my daughter. I can see growth, development and improvement in my daughter.

Excellent!!!!

My oldest son went to 365 childminding and now my youngest daughter attend setting. I feel so lucky to found 365 childminding and I am relaxed about their development. They provide fresh food and doing lot of afford for potty training routine. Also they are updating me with her routine in writing as well verbally. They are celebrating all the festival with kids and doing lots of activities. every day I can see big different in my daughter and she learn to speak a lot at the age of 18 month. I can see my daughter's happiness there. I am very thankful for an amazing service they are providing.

Great atmosphere for a kid to learn and play...

To keep my child at 365childminding is the best decision ever I have done. They are so lovely people, taking care of food, playing and learning activities for all kids.
They helped our child to learn British language, culture, rules. I always felt happy with my child's growth and learnings from them. They are concentrating on all kind of activities which are benificial to kids. I would say they are making more effort for Child's growth than the School Teachers. Highly appreciated.

Excellent childcare providers

I have 2 boys one aged 1 and the other aged 7 and they both attended 365 childminders and they absolutely love it. My first son went to nursery when he was a toddler and I hated leaving him there and I don’t have the same mum guilt this time round. Both my children are so comfortable and happy to go in the mornings and I’m happy to leave them. All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure both children and parents are more than comfortable. The fact they provide a school pick up and drop off service is so helpful and now I only have to do one drop in the mornings and after school, makes life much easier. The facilities are great and the children are always having lots of fun. I couldn’t recommend them enough xx

Couldnt ask for anyone better

My daughter is now 2.5 years old and has been attending 365 Childminding since she was 11 months old. She has become a part of Hetal and Hardiks family and loves being with them. I am from an indian background and I love the fact she is given home cooked meals and learned to eat and enjoy traditional food. I am given a daily report of what has been done during the day and what may need improvement. Im always in the know of what my daughter has been doing or will be doing during the week, at the moment my daughter is with the 365 team 5 days a week and is continuously learning as each day goes by. You can really see the efforts that Hetal and the team put in with making sure that our children are given the correct care and attention that they rightly deserve. Im so glad that my daughter was put with this childminder and not a nursary as I know her learning and development is nothing less than on point. I have an amazing 2 year old and Hetal, Hardik and Hema auntie have definately had a big part to play with that. I highly recommend this childminding service. Thank you for the continued care you are providing for my daughter.

Excellent Childminders!!

Our daughter has been going to 365 since she was 7 months old and she settled in really well because she felt so at home. We can only commend Hetal, Hardik & Hema for all their hard work and efforts. It has been an absolute joy seeing her develop so quickly, since attending in December 2019. I also love the fact they also provide home cooked meals which she thoroughly enjoys and they provide daily updates on her activities. She look forward to attending. We highly recommend them!!!

The best childminder!

I am very happy with Hetal and her team. They are very professional, caring and flexible. They work bank holidays, school holidays and weekends. My little girl loves going to Hetal and she is always happy at the end of the day. I like that Hetal offers fresh homemade food, different activities and feedback at the end of the day. 356 childminders are best I think as my children are always happy, even on school half term or weekend my children keep saying to me that they missing going to them ,when 6 weeks half term comes kids actually phone to Hethal to talk and says that they miss her ? 3 of my children started using there's service from 2014 January Part time only .as my children was happy and I was impressed with the service I moved my daughter from nursery .and now my daughter is going 3 days for her 15hrs nursery education with them & my daughter developed a lot , she talks and dose the counting when she comes home and tells me that she learn it with her childminders , 365 childminders are very friendly and recepetful they keep good communication with me ,my children and me very happy

Amazing! I love them!

I would recommend to everyone I know who needs childcare, such lovely people, very understanding and always willing to help in anyway they can. They run such a great service, one I have never come across before and have been amazed. They look after my 2 daughters aged 21 months and 7, therefore do the school runs for my eldest, while having my youngest throughout the day and then drop both back to ?me in the evening. It's been so convienant and such a relief to have found them! Totally amazing! Thank you guys! My daughters love them as well! They come home and show me and tell me about all the activities they have done, it's lovely.

Very Good Childminders

Our daughter (currently 4 years 3 months) was going to nursery earlier when she was 3 years old and it was so painful to see her getting ill so often and losing weight. My husband and myself are both working. We don't have family support here to look after our daughter. So, we searched for some good childminder. Thankfully, we got reference for Hardik and Hetal. Since then my daughter has been absolutely fine. I get a record of what food/snacks she has eaten and what activities she has done. And guys, the best part of Hardik and Hetal is they are very flexible - which we as working parents do appreciate. They work really hard to accommodate your needs. The BEST

The Lovely couple provide home like environment to my Son and took care of him as one of them. My Kid has picked many good things and am very happy i had a chance to have their minding to my son. I was not driving by then, they offered a pick up and drop that made my life easy. They are very understanding and reasonable. When i had to move to another location for job, I knew i wont find anyone as good as Hetal and Haathik. The Best part of their help is Understanding.

They take kids to day outs and libraries and spend the day very happily. My Son has settled immediately with them.

I personally suggest this is a very good place for kid to be cared in day.

Amazing people, very clean and friendly environment. My son was very well taken care of by Hetal and Hardik. My son was given healthy meals including fruit and vegetables daily. My son was introduced to several activities Including taekwondo, which he absolutely adores. Sadly, we had to leave due to my son being accepted in a school which provided an after school club. Would recommend 365childminding to parents/ carers looking for a 5* service. Thank you Hetal and Hardik for the wonderful service you provided to us.

I moved to UK-Luton in Jan’ 2013 with my husband, my 6 year old and my 2 year old boys from different country.

It was extremely difficult phase for us to set our growing kids in new country, new geographical area with extremities in culture. We were in a stressful situation to make our kids settle when we came across 365 Child-minding’s Ltd. Due to midterms admission elder one got place in a school which was far away from our residence. Because it was a complete relocation so it was quite difficult to manage daily to send them happily out to nursery/school.

Luckily when we had a word with Heetal and Hardik and they invited us to visit the place where kids have to spend their whole long day, we accepted to go and just after first visit we signed up agreement for both of our kids and now gone are the stressful days when we have to worry for our kids.
Now the Kids have automatically accepted Hardik and Heetal as their guardians for the day. Couple has gained Parents, Kids confidence by providing astonishing love and care. We never planned to change the school for elder boy even while we are residing just at the corner of a other Good school of town, rather started Nursery for my younger son in the Barton Hills area.

They pick up Kids from our home, drop elder one at school, and pick him up back in the afternoon (After school or sometimes after school clubs). Younger one enjoys activities with his nursery friends in supervision of their Heetal Aunt. They enjoy outdoor activities, library visits, visits to different kindergarten groups and play areas. Maintaining family-friends values, house rules and discipline in their daily routine is learning for the kids which they learn from their Hardik Uncle. Couple make sure kids are served with proper snacks and hot food when kids need it or at their dinner time before coming home back. The team of 365 Child-minder is a dedicated team who just works on the child care and their healthy development. They are flexible enough to support parents in their hard times, so that kids remain unaffected by parents stress.

I believe a special eye throughout the day is kept on all kids for their busy activities, hygiene, health, and food and play requirements. The school break is also well planned in advance with due permission and consultation with parents to give fun frolic week to kids.

We believe Kids Speak the language of Love and care and when kids get up from bed with cheerfully accepting to go at Heetal Aunt’s Place, Parents get the best reward of their own’ decision of choosing 365 Child-minder Ltd.
As usual all of our friends keen to know the success of our relaxed life after relocation and already many of my recommendations have already requested/joined you for your kind care for their kids.

We as family are really blessed to be a part of Heetal’s and Hardik’s care and it just feels like our EXTENDED Family.

Outstanding, Friendly, Flexible and Loving

I moved to Luton in August 2013 with my husband, my 6 year old and my 2 year old and due the demanding jobs that my husband and I have it was extremely difficult to source a good nursery that our needs in terms of school runs, child care, affordability and flexibility of hours.

Luckily for me I came across 365 Childminding on Childcare.co.uk and therefore I immediately arranged to go and see Hetle and Hardik. Having met them I signed up both of my children.

I drop my children now on the way to work knowing that they will be in safe hands. Both girls will have breakfast and then my eldest will get dropped to school and will also be collected in the afternoon. My girls are then also able to enjoy a great outdoor lifestyle as the childminders both believe that fresh air on a daily basis is extremely encouraging for children taking into consideration that the world is now taken over by technology and children are therefore not having much of an outdoor lifestyle.

Both girls are also given a healthy dinner before they both get dropped off home which means I have no need to manically rush around in the evenings. However I also do have the option of having my girls collected in the mornings which I opted out of as I pass that route on my way to work.

I can also now take my children out of child care during school breaks without having to pay full price for null service unlike nurseries who still charge you in full regardless.

Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the level of service I receive from 365. My children feel loved and cared for and I get fantastic flexibility in all respects including after school clubs which my daughter attends, 365 collect her at a later time which means she never misses out. I have already been recommending their services to several friends and will continue in doing so.

Thank you so much 365 you have made our lives so much easier and both girls are extemely happy in your care.

I would highly recommend 365childminding to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing environment to leave your children whilst you work. Have been using them for a year now and both my children are very happy there. Often doing early mornings or evening's nothing is too much trouble. They provide every thing needed including delicious food. They really do provide a wonderful service.
