About Me
I have recently ( December 2019) had my Ofsted inspection and obtained a Good
I have my level 3 qualification,and up to date first aid training and safeguarding as well as FGM, GPDR training, I attend regular courses to keep up to date with all new legislation
I have 3 children of my own Natasha (1984) Karla (1987) and Zak (1998), i also have 3 grandaughters, I try to offer all the children i mind the same love and care as my own children and granchildren.
I have been in childcare since 1990,working in pre-schools,schools and day Nursery, I then registered as a childminder in 2007
We do a variety of activities which include toddlers , sure start activities at the library and music and movement as well as trips to the park, nature walks and socialising with our friends. We also enjoy occasionally meeting up with other childminders for a drink and snack in the local cafe.we do lots of creative play including painting, sticking, cooking and lots more, each time the season changes we go for a nature walk then make a large display using all the things we have collected In the warmer months we like to play in the large back garden where there is a small climbing frame and lots of outside toys the main aim for each day is to be happy have lots of fun and be kind to each other.
I live in a small cul-de-sac and have a driveway so parking is not a problem.

My Experience
I have had many years of experience most of this coming from being a mum and a nan in addition to this I worked at Gloucester Road Playgroup from 1990-1998 at the same time I also helped out at Battle Nursery scholol where my two elder children attendedI in 1998 I had my son and then waited until he started school before working again, I then worked at Liliput Day Nursery until its closure in 2006 in addition to lilliput Day Nursery I also worked at one of the local schools during lunch times which I eventually gave up to become a childminder.

Lynn is the Loveliest woman ever. She has had my daughter since 6 months old. She has worked so hard with her to become a confident little girl. I just wish she had space for my 10 month old 🥰
