I wouldn’t waste your time contacting. They say one thing and then change it.
They let you know they will be in contact for a visit and then they aren’t so you have to chase them.
Sounds like they’ve got too many spinning plates with no real management structure.
Agreed days which were available which were then given away a day later to someone else.
Very glad we never went through with this person.

We gave uou Availability at the time of your enquiry we do try fit in visits best we can but unfortunatly we have had children settling in past few weeks and activities outings planned and wasn't able to give you visit straight away . The children in our care come first and like any new child they are given full attention to help settle into new environment and could mot offer you a visit whilst settling children
I did contact you last week with available days/times we could do your visit but you were away on holiday and couldn't make it .I also explained was half term this week you returned and were only open few days and couldnt do any visit till week after.
In regards to comment about agreed days although you wanted thf 2 dsys i had available no agreement was signed between us we were asked by family already in contract with us to change her day and we give priority to.families already with us which I explained to you I also offered you 1 alternative day and the second day of your choice was still available childcare availability does change all the time added sessions, reduced sessions ,change days,school leavers which is when space opens up
