I have 14 month old son who is looked after by Janine Wheeler and I am extremely pleased with the care that Janine provides. Given my son's young age, I was keen to find childcare which could offer him a 'home from home' experience, and I can honestly say that I have found this with Janine. It is massively reassuring to know that I can go off to work in the morning knowing that my child is being well cared for.

From my first discussion with Janine, it quickly became apparent that she has genuine enthusiasm and love for her job and that she provides a nurturing and stimulating environment which takes in to account the individual needs of each child. Her home is warm, welcoming, thoroughly risk assessed and child friendly and her own two children are delightful. They are clearly at ease with the children whom Janine cares for. So far, my child has enjoyed participating in the various activities that Janine offers, including arts and crafts and nature walks, so much so that when I have collected him at the end of the day he is suitably exhausted with a smile on his face!

I find Janine to be approachable and easy to talk to and I feel confident that, should I ever need to discuss any issues that arise with regards to her care of my child, then I could do this with ease and that they would be acknowledged and taken on board. Janine has also been great at providing updates throughout the day, including text messages to say what my son has been doing or how he is and some lovely pictures of him playing, giving me a flavour of his day.

From my perspective, the whole process of agreeing a contract with Janine went very smoothly. There was a large amount of the necessary paperwork, including policies/procedures and parental consent forms to sift through and sign, however I found Janine's thoroughness and attention to detail to be reassuring as there was nothing crucial that appeared to be have omitted and all my questions were answered.

All round, we are very pleased and would highly recommend Janine.
