My Experience

Regular baby sitter (including over night baby sitting) for a wide range of families, children's ages range from 4 months to 13 years old.

Mother’s help for a family with 4 childen aged between 11 months and 9 years old for 4 months. The responsibilites included school runs, assisting with preparing and serving dinner for the children, supervising dinner times whilst feeding the baby, helping with bathing and bed-time routine and some light house work.

2 years Nannying full time for 4 children: 7months, 2 years, 3 years & 5 years. Mon-Fri 8-6pm. Role included:
school/preschool runs, taking other children out (in the car) for days out e.g baby classes, park, woods etc. preparing healthy meals for the children, supporting with homework & reading, caring for the young baby e.g bottle feeds, weaning, nappy changes, potty training and maintaining a clean and tidy home e.g tidying toys and loading dishwasher.

Holiday nanny:
2 weeks ski holidays in France with family with 4 children under the age of 8. Role involved collecting older children from Ski school, cooking and cleaning for the family, caring for the children at apartment and taking them to play in the snow, taking the children swimming and babysitting in the evening.

Multiples experience: caring for 2 separate pairs of twin girls sole charge. Role involved: providing stimulating play, nursery duties, cooking meals; overseeing nap time and bath time, overnight stays.

SEN experience:
Personal assistant work for a 7 year old child with Downs syndrome - day trips out and cared for her at home including intimate care and managing challenging behaviours.
Personal assistant 1:1 for 8 YO child with autism and ODD- daily trips out, dealing with challenging behaviour.
Experience with children with ASD and Global developmental delay. Skills include makaton and previous safe moving and handling training.

Tutoring: worked as a private tutor for many children including those with EAL and additional educational needs. Children from KS1 to KS4

Other Employment:
Full time KS1 TA - nursery/reception/year 1/year 2.
Primary class teacher
Zumba instructor

My Qualifications

BEd (hons) Primary Eduation 5-11 2:1
Level 3 Paediatric first aid certificate
Safe Guarding Children level 2
Phonics training - early reading and writing

My Fees

• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)

Fees are dependent on the requirements of each role & would be agreed with new parents before any work would take place. Please feel free to contact me to enquire about rates and discuss this further. I would also consider a reduced rate if I can bring my own daughter to work when needed.
