My Experience

i have been a registered childminder for the last 27years, and at my last inspection in april 2016 i recieived an outstanding grade again for the 3rd time

I have lots of experience with all aged children and some special needs

My Qualifications

i have completed lots of training for childminders, i hold a current first aid certifiacte and have attending training on safeguarding children, behaviour management, specail needs, eyfs,wellcome screening, makaton , peal and many others. i also have a level 3 NVQ in childrens care and development . I provide a safe, fun learning enviroment for the children and I follow the EYFS in my setting to ensure all the children are learning and developing to their full potential and all the children have their own folders containing observations and scrap books containing their creations and photos , we go out most mornings to either playgroups, parks or ball pits so that the children get to experience a wider range of activities and experiences, the cost of these are included in the children's fees.

I work closely with you the parents to ensure continuity of care

I deliver NEF ( nursery education ) and ELT ( Early learning for two year olds) these are both for 15 hours per week funded

My Availability

i work 5 days a week from 6.30am to 5.15-5.30 pm monday to friday and some school holidays. i take off 7 weeks a year, these are normally 2 weeks in june, 2 weeks in September and christmas for which there is no charge to yourselves.

I take and collect from causeway green primary school

My Fees

• Childminding from £5.50 per hour

1 charge £5.50
per hour . i do not provide meals as i ask parents to send packed lunches or food that can be reheated. i provide healthy snacks and drinks through out the day.
