EMPLOYMENT

September 2020 - Present: Current Position

Role: Nanny

Children’s ages: 6 and 8 years old


This is a one day a week position taking the children to and from school, providing homework support and cooking dinner, as well as providing fun activities such as crafts and games. 


September 2019 - Present: Current position

Children's age when position started: 1 year old twins. Current age, 3 and a half years old

Daily duties: I create imaginative and educational games for the children’s development. I take them to activity groups and have helped them develop their talking, walking and social skills, as well as helping their development with fun crafts and play.

Daily duties: Organising educational, fun and creative activities for the children including baking, games and crafts; taking them to after-school clubs and helping with homework. I also carry out domestic duties including washing, cleaning the children’s rooms and toys, and cooking healthy food.

Continued to work with child from previous family whilst taking on another child, therefore this job became a Nanny-share. My daily activities included organising educational, creative and entertaining activities for the children to meet their development needs. I also carried out domestic duties including washing, cleaning and cooking. 

January 2010 - February 2012  

Role: Nanny 

Child’s age when position started – 6 months. 

My duties included introducing fun and stimulating groups and activities. Introducing solid foods, teaching her to walk and to say some of her first words were among the rewarding highlights of this position. 

June 2009 - December 2009 

Role: Mothers help 

Child’s age when position started, New born. Child’s age when position concluded, 7 months.

I provided one-to-one care with every aspect of the baby’s needs which included nappy-changing, feeding, and making sure the baby was entertained and looked-after. 

January 2005 - 2018

Role: Babysitter.  I babysat for a few local families with children of various ages from Newborn up to age 11, including evenings, and weekends. Duties included preparing meals and snacks for the children, scheduling and coordinating children's activities, and supporting their personal and educational needs.
