Unreliable & Unprofessional

Arranged Aniko to look after my son, confirmed the date & I was willing to pay in advance. She confirmed then cancelled on me last minute. I subsequently cancelled on 2 babysitters because she confirmed which left me with no childcare on the date I need.

I was unable to make the booking for the requested date, I informed the parent about this 8 days prior
