About Me
I am a very proud mum to two boys aged 16 and 19 . I enjoy spending quality time with my children. I have a separate equipped toyroom and a fully enclosed garden.
I am an OFSTED registered Childminder - I am also a member of Pacey. I also hold all necessary insurances/qualifications.
I can provide excellent references from more than satisfied parents. The children I care for are of various ages. The yougest I have cared for was 6 weeks old to the oldest of 13.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder for 12 years ofsted graded good. Prior to childminding I was a legal secretary working in a busy office. This is quite a different career but I have found it to be very rewarding. I offer both full and part time childcare, school drop offs and pickups. I have for the past 8 years childminded various aged children and can provide excellent references. I am now able to offer 2 year and 3/4 year funded places. I am experienced in working with twins and children with SEN. I attend various mums and tots groups and playgyms.
I comply to EYFS learning goals. I plan activities on age related basis. I encourage children to develop at their own speed as all children are individual.
So why not let your children have fun and play while you work in a home from home environment.
I am very flexible and can offer pick up and drop off.
I believe when a parent leaves a child they want to know there child is in a safe, happy, home loving environment. My aim to ensure that all children are happy and safe.
My Qualifications
I currently hold all necessary childminding qualifications, including first aid and child protection. I hold and NVQ 3 in business and finance and various GCSE's including English, Maths and Law.
My Availability
I am avaiable for work Monday - Friday from approximately 7 am to 5.30 pm. Obviously I am flexible where necessary and can offer collection/drop off. I can extend working hours to 6 pm if required. I Can now offer 15 hour funded places for 2 year olds.

I cannot recommend Donna and Dawn enough! My eldest daughter started going in 2014 at 7 month old and my youngest started in 2016 at 3 months old and they both absolutely loved going. It can be scary leaving your children for the first time, however, I have never had any issues and it has been a blessing knowing that they have both been so well cared for in my absence.
They are both extremely accommodating and have always helped me out by having the girls an extra day where possible if I have had to work/go into university at short notice. I would not have been able to study for my degree without their flexibility and support.
My eldest daughter is starting school full time in September and was absolutely heartbroken to discover that she would no longer be going. Both Donna and Dawn have had such an impact on her development while she has been growing up, they feel like family to her and she has made me promise that we will keep in touch and go visit them!
Donna and Dawn are extremely professional and you can tell that they love their job. All of the children are extremely well cared for, are nurtured and come home having learnt something new and exciting every day. Communication between them and me and my partner has always been fantastic, I always know what my children have eaten that day/how much milk they have had when they were babies. They often go to fun places during the day, especially during the school holidays and it is great, knowing that while I was at work my children were having fun and getting out and about. If ever I need a childminder again in the future, Donna and Dawn would be my first call and I will definitely keep in touch with them. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for my children.

I started using Donna to look after my then 18 month old daughter for one day per week, increasing to three days a week.
Donna is a lovely lady who goes out of her way to make sure my daughter is looked after well and according to my instructions.
I specifically gave certain stipulations such as no sweets, and only water as a drink and my requests were happily followed.
Donna arranges various activities for the children. My daughter is often taken to a play gym, and has been to the cinema on a couple of occaisions! She even organised for my daughter to go to a christmas party and meet father christmas :-)
There have been times where I have needed to use Donna for extra days at short notice and she has always been able to help me out.
I believe Donna is a breath of freash air in child minding. She is an intelligent lady and really understands the needs of the children as well as the parents. My daughter loves going to Donnas and its clear that Donna genuinely cares about the children she looks after.
