About Me
My name is Caroline. I live in Northenden Manchester with my Husband and two children Rebecca 20 and Connor 17. I currently work with another registered childminder Ellie which allows us to care for more children. We offer a flexible service with a wide range of resources catering for all ages and stages of children's development. I have a large all weather outdoor area which is very secure, offering a good range of outdoor equipment allowing the children to explore the world outside. Our aim is to get the children ready for school nursery, helping them with their personal, social and emotional development, ensuring they are good communicators and have good physical development skills.
We had our Ofsted inspection in May 2015 and we were rated Outstanding.
My Experience
I have been registered with Ofsted since October 2003. Since then I have worked with children on a full and part time basis, I have cared for children with lots of different needs and we treat them all individually. We also offer before and after school care at St Wilfred's C of E Primary School and Northenden Community School.
My Qualifications
I am currently studying at the Open University doing Early Years Foundation Degree
I have a Level 4 in Early Years Practice.
Level 3 Children's Care, Learning and Development.
Cache level 3 in Childminding Practice.
Paediatric First Aid
Level 3 Health and Safety
Safe Guarding Children Training
I am also on the Network, where I get training on a monthly basis around the EYFS.
My Availability
I am available between the hours of 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, but my hours are flexible.
I am available for full-time or Part-time contracts, and before and after school at St Wilfred's C of E Primary school and Northenden Community School.
We offer 2and 3 year funding.
