About Us
Brooklands Cove has operated as a childminding setting since 2019 and been graded Outstanding twice. In May 2024 we expanded and registered our Potters Bar setting as an Ofsted registered day nursery.
Our ethos stems from Reggio, Montessori and Steiner approaches with plenty of natural, open ended play, outdoor experiences and eco-friendly resources. We spend lots of time outside with outings to the woods, nature walks annd exploring in our two gardens.
We are incredibly passionate about caring for, educating and providing a fun environment for the children in our care. We pride ourselves on our nurturing and unique service that supports not only the child but the family as a whole.
We offer an all inclusive service with balanced, home cooked meals, nappies & wipes, formula for children until their 1st birthday, puddle suits and sun hats that are all included in the fees. We accept all forms of support with childcare fees including vouchers, the tax-free childcare scheme and 15 & 30 hour funding.

Our Fees
- Childcare from £45.00 per morning
- Childcare from £78.00 per day
- Childcare from £156.00 per week
- Childcare from £598.00 per month
All funding and childcare voucher options are accepted.
All sessions are offered at a minimum of 2 days per week. All food, toileting supplies and equipment etc are included within this rate.

My daughter has recently started with grace and had settled in so quickly after being at a nursery for over a year she never fully settled but after being with grace for only a few weeks she is happy goes in confidently and comes out happy that is all I can ask. I am really happy so far thank you xx

Grace has provided a babysitting service for my daughter since she was 2 (she’s now 5) and Grace has made working extra hours in the evenings easier for me. My daughter is always so excited when Grace looks after her which makes me feel less guilty for not being around for bed times. Grace has gone above and beyond and built a great relationship with not only my daughter but myself too. My daughter is super excited for Grace to be her childminder in the school holidays where I’m confident she will continue to thrive, be safe and have lots of fun.
