About Me
Hi, my name is Joran Meek, I am married to Jim and we have 2 boys, Gene and Arlo. We also have a very well trained black dog Labrador called Ruby - she is fantastic around children and loves the attention they give her.
We live in a four bedroomed semi - detached house in Calne that has ample room for children to play and have fun in and a good sized back garden which is secure and child friendly. The house is approximately a two minute walk away from Fynamore School. I am OFSTED registered and am a member of Pacey.
What sets me apart from other childminders is that my career has always been in childcare rather than simply a switch to child-minding after having had a baby.

My Experience
I have been working with children for over 10 years, as a private nanny, nursery room supervisor and as a babysitter. I have looked after children aged between birth and ten years. I work to the EYFS guidelines and provide each child a stimulating and fun environment.
My Qualifications
I have completed:
*Diploma in Home based Childcare Unit 1
*NVQ3 Early Years and Education
*First Aid in Early Years Settings
*Food Hygiene
* Safeguarding Children
*NAMCW Diploma
*Both my husband and I have a full Enhanced CRB check
*First hand parental knowledge.
My Availability
My standard hours are 8 - 6, however I can be flexible for those that need me to be. I work in the school holidays and on teacher training days but I do not work either bank holidays or weekends and cannot offer overnight care.
