About Me
Hi my name is Emma Ward, I am married and live with my husband in a semi detached house in Langney. We have a son aged 12 and a 8 year old daughter who are at Haven primary school and two friendly hounds Rambo and Harley ! We have an opened planned living room and dining room so plenty of space for the children to play. We also have a garden. I love looking after children and getting out and about with them. I am close to local parks, library and children centers. I also visit soft play like treasure island and play station, I also have membership to paradise park in newhaven. I am a full member of PACEY and I also have my insurance through childcare.
My Experience
I am a mother of a boy aged 12 and have a daughter aged 8 years . I have always been around children and looking after them. I have worked voluntary as a class room assistant for over a year in a reception class. My main experience is having my own children. I offer children a clean, safe and loving environment which they can learn and have fun.

My most recent ofsted inspection was 11.10.2022 my provision was rated as good.
I am able to offer the ELP for eligible 2 year olds and the 15 hours funded places for 3&4 year olds. From September 17 I will also be able to offer the 30 hours funded places.

Emma has been minding my 17 months old son for over a month. Emma is a very professional, caring and reliable child-minder. Jai can be quite clingy but he has taken to Emma straightaway and settled in as though he has always been there.
Emma has a lovely, tidy, safe and welcoming home and garden. She has a wonderful son and a friendly, gregarious dog Ruby that Jai adores. There are tons of toys in her home and she always has interesting activities or outings planned.
I can see a big cheesy grin on Jai’s face when we are approaching Emma’s home. This is a very good sign!
Emma is a fantastic child-minder and I am very happy I have found her. She is our first child-minder and I do not think that I will ever want to change her for another one.
