My Summary

My Experience

I am highly chiltern college qualified and have a wealth of experience. I have been babysitting since i was 11, I have worked in a nursery caring for children ranging from 3 months old to 5 years. I have worked in a range of different childcare settings, including nursey, school, pre schools and the home.

I have worked as a maternity nanny for 6 weeks to newborn premature twin boys.

I then had sole charge of 2 girls aged 6 months and 20months, one of whom had behavioural difficulties.

I was with a family for over 4 years, during which time they have also had another child, who are now 2, 4 and 6 but i have been caring for them since the middle child was 3 months old. I have worked very closely with the middle child, who has downs syndrome and i have developed a very in depth knowledge of the condition and methods of promoting their development. I also have experience with children with other special needs through certain groups that I have attended during this time.

I am also willing to take on any new challenges that might come my way :o)

Currently, i am doing before and after school nannying for a little girl aged 4 years and also take my own 2 young children with me, so caring for 3 children under 5 :o)

My Qualifications

I have 10 higher GCSE's and two 'A' grade a levels in health and social care.

I am a Chiltern trained nanny, who has a CACHE diploma LEVEL 3 in childcare and education and the highly respected Chiltern certificate.

I have also have paediatric first aid and Epi- pen training and have a foundation certificate in food hygiene.

I also have a specialist ICEPE qualification in educating children with downs syndrome and have been on several makaton sign language courses.

My Availability

I am looking for a position, where I can bring my own children along.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)

Negotiable
