Early Years Practitioner at Lollipops Montessori Nursery caring for the babies’ .In my roll I follow the baby’s’ individual routines supporting their development doing activities such as messy play (i.e. water play with plastic ducks)

2013-2014

Cover Nursery Nurse at Lollipops Montessori Nursery working with children under two years and occasionally older children up to four years. My duties include working as part of a team: - setting up activities to support the children’s development; changing nappies and helping during meal times.

2011-2013 – Placements undertaken during in Cache Level 3 course.

St Anne’s Catholic Primary School,
I have worked with children aged 4 to 5 years. Arranging some activities to complete with them. Greeting children each morning and helping them with bags and coats. Helping again with coats for play and home time. Making sure each child has their belongings. Help with guided reading activities, school outings. I have also helped in the Nursery and at Lunch time at this placement.

Working with children aged 1-2 years. Planning and carrying out activities such as making gloop for a sense (touch) play activity. Supporting children at meal times, help with hand washing, dishing out food and feeding themselves. Nappy Changing. Inside and outside playtimes.

2010-2011- Placement undertaken during in Cache Level 2 course.

Lollipops Montessori Nursery
(Working with Babies feeding, sleep time routine, sterilizing and making up of bottles. I also worked with children 2-3 years of age. Help with meal times, sitting and interacting with children doing various activities, such as flour play, colouring, puzzles and reading. Outside play time, and the set-up for sleep time.
