About Me
With many years of experience working with children within schools owning my nursery, Dewdrops Childminding was set up to offer children a safe and enjoyable environment in which to learn and grow under the supervision of trained and experienced practitioners.
We believe that children should feel safe and relaxed whilst exploring differently activities to encourage them to reach their full potential. We are a inclusive childminder that support families with children from all backgrounds and learning needs.
We aim to provide a service that is open to all regardless of their racial, religious, or cultural backgrounds, or language, gender or abilities. We are an enhanced nursery that provide care for children with needs.
Flexible full and part-time packages available. We are open all year round from 7am to 6pm (except major Bank Holidays). We are is closed over Christmas holiday.
Vouchers and Educational Grant Funding accepted for eligible children (15 & 30 hours free entitlement).
My Experience
I have worked with children in nursery settings and mainstream schools for the passed 25 years. I have worked with children with disabilities and Special Educational needs within their own homes or in schools/ nurseries.
My Qualifications
I have hold a BA Degree in Education, Early Childcare Level 5, Diploma level 3 in Early Childcare, SENCO Level 3, Safeguarding level 3, food and Catering level 2, Paediatric first Aid etc.
My Availability
Has we are newly opened we have full-time places available and Part-time places.

Your child will have the best experience at this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, supportive and most of all, they enjoy working with and being around the children. They have a real passion towards the children and do their best to make sure the children do well in all areas of their learning and development. You will not meet a more passionate manager. Always willing to offer support and be there for whatever your needs may be. Your child will leave with life skills and everything that they need to move onto school. My son has had a brilliant time here and I recommend this nursery to everyone.

A fantastic nursery with extremely lovely staff who all work together to provide a well-balanced, friendly, warm and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop. The manager, as well as the staff are always so helpful and accommodating and they all have a real passion to see children thrive in all aspects of their learning and development and will do their best to make sure that you are comfortable and well-informed.
This nursery has a homely feel and I always feel at ease knowing that I am leaving my son with staff who are genuinely caring and passionate about children. In such a short space of time, he has learnt so much and is developing in ways that I am truly proud of.
The method of teaching and discipline is perfect, and this, along with such great staff and a friendly atmosphere makes this, in my opinion an EXCELLENT nursery for every child. I recommend to all!
