Stanka worked with us for a few years and we still keep in touch and she helps us during emergency days. She looked after our son from approximately 15 months and he is now 3. He is very fond of Stanka and she always helped to ensure he stayed active and healthy. She was always very caring and reliable. She has consistently been on time and helped to keep his schedule on track. Stanka often took our son to activities in the local area. We are all very fond of Stanka and I would say she is a fantastic nanny!

Overall
With both of us working, Stanka was a great help. Her love for our daguther was always evident, and she easily adapted to the new needs created by national lockdowns, finding outdoor activities and play dates (when allowed) so I could work from home.
She helped our daughter play and learn every day, found indoor and outdoor activities appropriate for her age and development, and kept us updated with regular photos, which was especially welcome. She also prepared meals when necessary, and kept all areas where she played with our daughter clean and tidy. She was always careful to follow our approach in play-led learning and discipline, but it is also evident that she has ample experience she can fall back on to care for children whether they are happy or upset.
Stanka is a very friendly and sensitive person when it comes to dealing with children. She has a great sense of humour and is willing to join all activities as a playmate. She has helped our daughter learn to play football, as well as a range songs and small dances/physical games, numbers and colours - she took her seriously which was the most important component of our daughter's love for her. It is natural and easy to accept Stanka as a part of the family.

I feel incredibly lucky that we have had Stanka (or Sally as my kids know her) as our nanny. She is incredibly warm and kind hearted, and it is clear to see her genuine care and affection towards the kids. My usually super clingy daughter (10 months) absolutely adores her and she has come on so much in the time they have been together because of Stanka’s encouraging and nurturing nature. She also looks after my almost 3 years old son when not in nursery, always thinking about things he might enjoy doing together. She really pays attention to what we need, she’s always reliable, extremely organised and helpful and always leaves the place spotless. Always easy to be around.
This was always going to be a temporary role because of a planned relocation but as our time together comes to an end I know I will feel a little bereft without her. she will certainly not be easy to replace, and any family that she joins will be the better for it.
