The dream team indeed

Tracey & Sue are so good with my son he has had issues but they work with him & me to get ys all through it, with such patience. They keep me informed on his day when I pick him up. My son really enjoys going as he needs to be entertained so much & this dream team do that great. They are also very accommodating with needs of times & days & pick ups they help me so much picking my son up from nursery when most childminders were unable to.

Angels do exist

Where do I start? Very lovely and down to earth personality. My experience with the owner is one that I would always cherish as I was always updated with what my 8 months old daughter was up to and the best part was I really needed to be at work due to it being a new job and I didn’t want to make excuses on my third day at work. Thank you ever so much!! I strongly recommend this baby Sitter any time any day.

Tracey has been caring for my son for a short while now and he loves it so much! Tracey is so welcoming and helps to reassure any doubts you may have. Everything is done professionally but also with a touch of home I couldn’t have started my job without her help,between her and sue they go above and beyond to reach the requirements asked of them. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn’t ever think about changing childminders now.

Short but sweet time with our toddler.

Our child was only with Tracy for 2 days as our local (walking distance) childminder had a cancellation and was able to take our toddler. Our decision to move was totally unrelated to Tracy.

I can't therefore give 5 stars, as he was only there for 2 sessions. Ethan had not settled into the routine or space.

However, Tracy seemed to know her stuff, had good facilities, and sent videos of Ethan playing. The second session was a trip to the park in their school bus. I'm sure that with more time Ethan would have loved going there.

Choosing a childminder is a difficult decision, and a personal one. I would recommend anyone needing childcare to consider Tracy and her team a try.

Fantastic Childminder

We met with Tracey about a month before my partner was due to go back to work. As soon as we went to see her, we both felt very comfortable & almost instantly knew this was the woman we wanted our son Ethan, who was 8 months old at the time, to spend some of his days with when we had to work. We loved the fact that Tracey takes the children out as often as possible, whether it's to a play group, park, farm or even just a walk in the woods. We didn't want our child to spend all his days spent in a house (weather permitting of course) & Ethan's personality, & his sense of adventure certainly shows this. Even the days they do spend indoors, they're spent full of fun activities. Ethan always looks forward to going to see Tracey on the days he does and gives her plenty of cuddles too, children don't do this they if don't have a special bond & we know just how much Ethan enjoys his time with Tracey & the other kids she looks after too as he now tells us all their names who's he's seen & played with that day. We simply can't thank Tracey enough for all her help over these past few years cos it's her influence as well as ours that has made Ethan into the polite and loving child that he is & we will be upset when his time with Tracey is over as it's like she's become part of the family now. If you want someone like this who really does dedicate her time & care for your child, then you won't find anyone better than Tracey.
