When I first met Sameera, in November 2023, I explained that I would need childcare starting from 6.45 am and on her website it said that she is open from 7am to 7pm Mondays to Fridays. She agreed to this verbally.
Fast forward to February 2024, she had changed her hours of work without informing me and later threw a tantrum when I took baby to her at 6.40am. She complained that I woke up her children when I ran the door bell but how will you know I am outside when your phone is on do not disturb. I am a key worker and would not encourage key workers to use this childminder.

Thank you for reviewing my services.
There has been a misunderstanding.
You always said you needed childcare from 7am-5pm and the invoices I sent you, the timings on there are 7am-5pm too. And I charged you these timings. You came early on your first day and then said I’ll tell you if I come early again but never told me afterwards.
My communication is always strong from the beginning, and this can be seen in other parent reviews.

Our little girl has been with Sameera for 6+ months. My little girl was 11 months when she first went and she has enjoyed it ever since day 1. We can drop her off easily, Sameera sends us lots of photos, highlights any worries and helps me if I forgot to send my little girl with something she needed that day. She is truly wonderful and I trust Sameera with my life. I am so grateful we found Sameera. She knows babies and children well. I fully recommend her to any new parents.

The first childminder we ever used and my little one absolutely loves Sameera. She helped us develop our skills. She spends a lot of time preparing with toys and games every week to keep the little ones entertained and to teach them something new everyday. I cannot recommend her enough. Absolutely fabulous. 🥰❤️❤️❤️

My 1-year-old and 2 months boy, Dominic, spends his time every day and is very happy around Sameera... they do different fun and educational activities. She has a garden full of toys where Dominic likes to spend time playing with other children, I get daily pictures and videos of the children's activities and I can see how happy they all are. Sameera is understanding and patient person who loves children very much. I recommend it with great confidence.

Dominic is a lovely boy 🥰
He likes to play specially in garden .
Running after the ball 🏀 and on the swings .
Love having him :)
My daughter of 13 months has been going to her place for 5 months now and it’s been such a great experience for her, she settled in really fast and enjoys herself.. sameera gives update on your child activities and also sends pictures of her doing some activities.. I recommend her she is good at what she does and she is flexible

Sameera has been looking after my daughter for over a month now and Ava loves going there. They do lots of creative activities and now that the weather is warming up they spend lots of time playing in the garden but they also sit and read books which Ava loves! Sameera is very communicative and always sends me updates with photos/videos to let me know how Ava is getting on. Ava really loves spending time with her 😊

Ava is fantastic little girl .
She’s very confident in communication.
Easily makes friends and get along with them .
Loves taking care of her ❤️⭐️
It take long for my son to get used to new enviroments and new people however only in two meetings my son got used to Sameera. She gives 100% into her work.

Tristan is a lovely little boy .Its so much fun to take care of him .looking forward for more fun with him 🥰😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My little boy Aaryan who is nearly 2 is having a real great time at Sameera's.
I can see he is getting every day more and more confident, there is such a diverse range of activities and toys offered by Sameera that little ones can only be happy.
Sameera works with the app Famly so all day long I get updates, pictures and videos on my son's activities.
Definitely would recommend Sameera's Little Stars, a very clean and welcoming setting for children.

Its really nice to see how he comunicates
& interacts with me .Responds very well
and becoming social day by day.
I wish him a Sparkling future ahead.
Very reputable and friendly. Her house is very clean and my little one loves going to see Sameera. Also she keeps you updated with everything your child is doing and gives a report at the end of each session. Highly recommend her service.
