A wonderful nanny with a wealth of experience supporting the entire family for 2 years. Only parted ways due to no longer needing a full time nanny.
Supported children with school activities, homework, after school routine, bedtime. Organised great activities for the children over holidays and always ensured the children were happy!
Prepared nutritious meals for the children and encouraged them to try a variety of meals.
Very professional, helpful & always punctual!
Created a trusting relationship with the whole family.

We employed Tracy to look after our three young children from September 2020 until the summer of 2021 when, unfortunately, our circumstances changed. Our children loved their time with Tracy and she was a great help to us, looking after the littlest one while the elder two were at school, school drop offs and pick ups, LOTS of after school activities (they still go on about Tracy's bag of playdough toys!) and a home cooked dinner every night. Highly recommended!

We employed Tracy from September 2021 to December 2021 – our only reason for letting Tracy go after such a short period, was due to the fact our circumstances have changed, and we are now able to get full time help from a family member, who has moved into the area where we live.
As parents hiring a Nanny for the first time, our biggest concern was finding someone we could trust to look after our children. As soon as we met Tracy, we were confident that she would be a great fit.
Throughout the 3 months she worked with us, she developed a fantastic relationship with our children, aged newborn, 3 years and 4 years old, who all warmed to her almost immediately.
Tracy is absolutely brilliant with the kids, and always had an activity organised to keep them engaged, and most importantly she was very caring and trustworthy.
She was a pleasure to have around the house, and the kids looked forward to her arrival on the days she worked with us.
We will miss having Tracy around the house, and would not hesitate to recommend Tracy to anyone who is looking for a full time Nanny.

Tracy has been our Nanny to two children, now aged 9 and 11, since 2016. She has been like part of the family and has fitted so well in to our family life. Tracy has done so many different things with the children, including arts & crafts, baking, taking them out to different places and also done everything to help with our daily routine.
As well as taking great care of the children, Tracy has also been very helpful with other jobs to help out the family including sorting and organising, helping with food shopping, shopping for gifts, planning actvities.
We will miss Tracy very much.

I have been lucky enough to have flossy19 as my part time nanny for the last year.
As a result of changes to my hours at work we no longer require a nanny, so it is with great sadness we are having to say goodbye to flossy19.
Flossy19 has excelled as a nanny for many reasons:
- She has a wealth of experience and this clearly shows. Her approach is ‘firm but fair’ which results in her being very popular with me, and my 2 girls! (age 2 and 5)
- She is pro active in approach – play doh making, painting, cake baking, regular crafts to name but a few activities! She ensures that activities are age relevant for both of my children and applies careful planning and thought to activities
- Flossy19 is a true multi-tasker, she thinks ahead and has every situation that’s thrown at her already covered!
- Not only has flossy19 been fabulous looking after my children, she has also been a great support to me and regularly goes above and beyond her role as a nanny and has provided ‘mothers help’. She makes a mean macaroni cheese!
If you are looking for a nanny, you really will be hard pushed to find someone better than flossy19.

I have employed flossy19 for the last 8 months and she has been fantastic with my four children aged 11 months, 2 years, 5 years and 6 years. She can manage all age groups effectively and always has new ideas for playing with each child. I have been very impressed with her approach and care towards my children and highly recommend her as a sole charge nanny.
