My daughter has only been with Theresa since September but before we had even started she was always there to answer my questions. Now my daughter has been there for a while i can say that i am regularly given photos throughout the day, pictures that are done by children are sent home with them. Treats are given for themes- at the moment it has been halloween. My daughter is always so happy when i pick her up and is always smiling in photos sent. I would say that the help and support for the parents (myself) has been above and beyond so can only assume the same is done for the children too. Couldn’t be happier and looking forward for my Son to start in February. X

My son has been with Teresa since April and he is happy. He looks forward to go to school each morning. They do a lot of creative stuff and he has learnt a lot over the past few months. I am confident he is safe and happy. They make such lovely meals and lots of creative activities. They surely know how to keep my son engaged.

well what can I say after some terrible news of my sons mum passing away when he was 10months old I had a massive task to deal with along with 3 other siblings
I found Teresa after my sister had used her for her son and as soon as i met her I knew it was the right place it felt like our home and I knew instantly that zakary would be in good.hands and he has been loving every moment
Teresa has been so supporting and always willing to help me and I couldn't have got thru these last 11months with her help so I'll be forever grateful
zakary has enjoyed and learnt so much already and eats like a king so I know I don't have to worry about him going hungry

Our son joined when he was just over 1. It was ideal for us as it was close to home, a small group of children Vs the larger nurseries in the area and a great first transition. Our son learn soo much with Theresa and her daughter. We definitely felt he was loved and cared for. As a first time parents Teresa was also a great support in helping us understand how to cure some of his medical issues but also handle his toddler behaviour. Our son still misses them now that he's moved into the next big school. Points out Theresa's house when we drive past.

Our daughter attends Ladybird Club since she was 9 months old. Since the first visit we had the feeling that Clara would thrive there. The environment is so exciting and I felt so comfortable going back to work after my maternity leave. I knew she would be safe and have lots to explore while I was away. She is now nearly 2yo and since the first day we never had tears to come in. She loves going in everyday and sometimes does not want to come home in the end of the day. This tells us a lot! Teresa and Maria are always so respectful and caring with us parents and all the children. They provide an inclusive provision with different and exciting areas to explore everyday. In the end of the day we always have a detailed description of what our daughter has been exploring and photos of the day.
Teresa and her team are very professional, honest and supportive. We can not recommend them enough.

Our boy has been going to Teresa and Maria since he was 13 months, for a year and a half now. He settled in amazingly quickly, happily walking in for the day, which is all a parent can ask for. They do a vast range of activities to encourage learning through play, from playing with shaving foam to the constant cooking and cake making. Our boy has come on leaps and bounds and is ahead of where he needs to be at his age thanks to his childcare setting. We get daily updates and pictures which will always make us smile. It is a home away from home and we would happily recommend Teresa, Maria and Kev to anyone looking for childcare.

My son has been with Teresa for a little over 2 years now and I have just introduced my 2nd child into the setting. My son thoroughly enjoys spending time with Teresa. She has created a safe space for all the kids where they can free play but always puts lots of effort into making lots of activities that are fun and educational providing lots of stimulation. Finding a childminder that cares as much as Teresa would be hard, she is so selfless and put the kids before everything! My son gets very excited to leave the house on "Teresa days" 😀
The food on offer for the kids is really diverse and nutritional getting a good variety into their diets. Absolutely no complaints here I think Teresa and everyone else with her is outstanding at what they do.

Teresa and her team are wonderful. We were initially concerned about placing our 17-month-old daughter with a childminder, but they made Clara feel incredibly welcome. Everyone is loving and attentive, and the facilities are excellent and safe. Clara now truly enjoys her time there! Communicating with Teresa is effortless, and she is always very helpful!

Ladybird Centre was such a lovely home run by a very friendly, loving and caring family. I was looking for an urgent childminder due to some work and Teresa did not hesitate to accept my son in a very short notice. They looked after my almost 3 year old son and gave him the utmost care and love he needed.
My son developed his confidence and independence during his stay at the Centre. I would definitely let my son continue to join the centre however, due to work location we are moving to a different city.
So far my son was very happy making friends and interactin with other kids and Teresa and her team made sure he settled in well. Would definitely recommend Ladybird Centre if you want a very homey and caring team and you'll be sure your child will be in safe hands.
Again, I appreciate all the effort and time Teresa and her team gave to my son. ❤️

my baby was 10 months old when I left with Tereza and her team. he is already 1 year old, and we are very happy, pleasant environment, he loves to play and has a lot of fun. tereza is very kind, delicious food for the children, and lots of games. I leave my son knowing that he will be very well taken care of by her.

My daughter (2 years old) has been attending The Ladybird Club for a little over a year now, when she first started we were in need of childcare as soon as possible and Theresa was so accommodating and instantly made us all feel at home.
Since my daughter has started she has thrived, she is excited to go each morning and is always greeted with smiles and enthusiasm and sometimes has so much fun she doesn’t want to leave at pick up time 😂
She is always learning new things, whether that be different words, colours and numbers, to having lessons on wellbeing and how to regulate emotions which I think is so important!
She also receives meals everyday including healthy snacks and delicious lunches/tea… they also accommodated for her milk intolerance and provided oat milk and this has help make the morning routine that little bit easier.
All the staff have become like family to us, it’s hard to leave your child/children with anyone and takes a new level of trust but all the staff at The Ladybird Club have made any worries disappear and instilled that trust, I get daily updates and photos sent to me while I’m at work (which always brightens my day) and I also get verbal updates and details on her day at pick up times.
I myself have always suffered with anxiety and find new situations and sudden changes hard to process at times but I feel so at ease and supported by The Ladybird Club and know my daughter is in safe hands!
We are so glad we found them and hope for our daughter to attend until she goes to school.
Thank you to all of the staff for all do for us, we appreciate you all!

I am so glad to have found Teresa and her team. They have amazing communication, and have helped my son build his communication and social skills immensely in the past year. They always keep me updated throughout the day, and offer varied education and learning opportunities.
They go above and beyond to accommodate needs and have also helped me out last minute when needed.
I'm very wary of others caring for my son but never worry when he's in Teresa care. They always communicate any concerns and report any incidents no matter how small immediately!
Lea, Maria and Eliza are all great with me son and the whole team are friendly and welcoming. Definitely a home from home setting with the added benefit of trips and varied education opportunities.
Teresa is always looking for ways to improve, adding new toys and equipment and adding more opportunities for the children to learn.
My son has been going there since just before turning 2, he's now 3 and loves his time at 'nursery'
100/10 could not recommend enough! So happy I found this amazing team to care for my son

The Ladybird club is an amazing setting for any child. Teresa and the team are fantastic and go above and beyond for my daughter to make sure she is happy as well as all the other children.
Communication is on point and I never feel the need to ask what my daughter has been doing all day because they provide updates throughout the day which is amazing and I feel total comfort knowing she’s having fun.
I am overall very happy with the setting and I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a fantastic and reliable childcare provider.

Took a while to find a childminder and when I first met Teresa I was so happy and my boy loved her. I had a lot of anxieties about leaving him with anyone especially with his allergies but Teresa reassured me and was brilliant with understanding. My boy loves coming here and settled in amazingly well and was so happy to go everyday. They were always sending pictures with what he was up to and always had something good to say about him at the end of the day. He thrived so much in the short time he was there. Sadly we had to leave but I would have loved to have kept my boy there, I was so sad to be going. We love them all and I wish them all the best

Our boy loves the Ladybird club. Teresa and her staff are absolutely brilliant and reliable.
They take a good care of our son even though he can be very challenging due to his health issues. Communication is great, pictures throughout the day are so assuring, letting me focus on my work.
I'm very pleased with all the activities and outdoor play, I'm sure kids are never bored.
Highly recommend this childcare provider !

We found Teresa nearly a year ago and we have been incredibly satisfied with The Ladybird club in this time.
My little boy runs to the door, excited to see the familiar faces and I can tell he is very well looked after and feels safe in their care, which is so important to me.
Every interaction we have had with Teresa and the team has been professional and met all of my (high) expectations. They are very meticulous with all documentation making sure I am aware of everything, such as, everytime cream has had to be applied and they have even offered recommendations on creams to use, which as a first time mum is invaluable.
They have shown me that they have the expertise in every aspect of my child's needs so if I ever need advise or have any questions I know they can be relied upon.
Overall, I have complete trust and confidence in Teresa's abilities to make my son's experience with them positive and memorable, shaping him into a kind, friendly child ready for school.

Teresa and her family 1st had my son when he was 12 months old and he is now 1 month away from turning 4. Teresa had my daughter from 10 months old and she just turned 2 last month.
I have extreme anxiety issues with leaving my children with anyone because of abuse I suffered as a child from my babysitter. Therefore the only people that have ever been left alone with my children are Teresa and my children's father, not even my family or his family.
Teresa has consistently given me reason to trust her and the safe and healthy environment she raises our children in. My son asks to go to "school" as he calls it and is excited to go and see his friends. He has often told me that Teresa, Lea, Maria and Elisa are his best friends, of course he changes which 1 is his favourite!
Any incidents I have been promptly contacted and been given incident forms. We did have an issue with a child biting daily and leaving marks on children recently including mine but Teresa dealt with this quickly and professionally by giving notice to the parents and informing us that she had taken steps to ensure the safety of our children.
I get many photos daily thoughrout the entire day while I'm at work of activities the children are doing and the meals they are sat down eating. It reassures me and makes me feel calm and able to perform well at work because I know my children are in the best hands and having a great time and not even missing me.
Several times Teresa has taken my children on days their not contracted to go into her as I've had an emergency, she always checks if she is within her ratio beforehand.
A few times my children have developed a fever from virus and Teresa has spotted it quickly and informed me promptly while requesting she administer calpol to bring temperature down.
I cannot fault her on her love and care for the children she looks after.
Teresa builds and makes new activities for the children daily and has monthly themes on what the activities will be.
She sends me photos of new toys and garden toys she is purchasing and I have no doubt she must spend a fortune always buying new things for all our kids.
My children will stay with her until they're school age and ready to leave.

Teresa her husband and entire team are so lovely. My little boy started back in August 2020 when he was 14months, it didn't take him long to settle right in, he loves going and barley gives me a second glance as he walks through the door. Teresa and Deb have always been on hand to offer me advice when I have asked their professional opinion and put my mind at ease :) You get a sense of how much they really care for your child as though they are part of the family. I really enjoy getting photo updates throughout the day to see what Seb has been up to and all the amazing activities that you guys have planned for the children. Teresa and the team take the children on walks and often see cows on their route, my little boy is absolutely obsessed and his speech has come on leaps and bounds. Thank you so much for creating such a welcoming space for Seb to come and feel secure to explore and develop. I know he is in safe hands and having a fun filled day. Laura and family x

It took 3 months to find Teresa and I'm glad I waited until I found the perfect childcare for my 11 month old daughter. It was even more difficult due to the lockdown and the restrictions on viewing settings. Willow had barely seen many adults let alone be left without me, Teresa and Debbie were fantastic with her and she settled very quickly. The whole team go out of their way to make the days fun and developmental, they have themes for special days and Kev makes an amazing Easter bunny :-) Having photo updates through out the day is lovely and helps me not worry about her. The food provided always sounds delicious. Willow always comes home happy and I'm looking forward to the fun she will have in the future years. Teresa and her team are truly like a second family and I'm so glad I found them.

It was most wonderful time for our son at Ladybird club.
They are wonderful people, always very caring and bringing so much fun to kids.
Our son learned a lot during his time there. Had cooking lessons, walks out in the Nature, trips to the beach.
Eventually Daniels had to start his school but always will remember Ladybird Club as something nice in his life.

Teresa and her staff are absolutely lovely. My little boy has never been away from me and although we had a few tears at the beginning, before I could get 5 mins down the road Teresa was sending me pictures to reassure me that my little boy was not crying and enjoying himself. That said I get photos all throughout the day of all the fun activities they are doing. Elliot is also trying food that hes never had, and if he doesnt like it, the team will give him a wide variety until he eats something. I love the personal touches and love that it's a home away from home for Elliot. I would highly recommend Teresa and the team. Thank you for settling my boy in so quickly, with care and love x

I HIGHLY recommend Teresa and Deb at ladybird club. I was searching for so long to find somewhere suitable for my little boy who is one and my first so I was so nervous who to leave him with but these lady's made me and my son feel so welcome and reassuring us from first point of contact to getting pictures and videos of when he is with them once a week so I can have a break! they truly make it feel a home from home and they are so nurturing to both me and my son and I'm so thankful for them! safe,happy and learning enviroment. my son will be staying with them until school years now! Highly recommended!!xx

Teresa was the first person we left our nearly 3 year old at. She went above and beyond to make her feel at home. Allison loved having the other children around and today still (she is nearly 10)talks about the dogs, the bunnies and the fun times she had.
Teresa looks after the children like they are her own, she takes them out for fun things teaches them new things and above all totally loves what she does.
When Allison first started going, she was shy and quiet. She loved 'In the night garden'. Teresa bought the dvd set so she could watch some of it when she arrived, it helped her settle in. Once she started going to nursey, her potty training regressed. Teresa would pick her up from nursery and wash all of her wet clothes (accidents) from the morning. When she only just started going to Teresa, she took Allison to the mall one morning to ride the Christmas train, and choose a cupcake.
I could go on and on....... She is truly one of a kind. ❤️.

My 2 year old girl has been going to Teresa now for a couple of months and we couldn’t be happier. Our little girl has settled in so well and absolutely loves her time there so much so that she cries when it’s time to come home! She has learnt so much already in the short space of time and Teresa and her staff’s efforts can really be seen in our daughters development, She has even started using the potty!!
The meals Teresa provides are healthy and nutritiounous and the kids are always kept well occupied either with trips out or other activities in the setting. I especially love that Teresa sends us photos throughout the day and It’s so reassuring to see her having fun.
I honestly couldn’t thank Teresa and her staff enough for all their hard work so far, they are are brilliant.

Our daughter has been going to Teresa for almost two months now and we are extremely delighted with our decision.
Teresa has been so flexible especially with my other half who works shifts.

Teresa looks after my 2yr old, She looks forward to her time there and talks about Teresa when she comes home, my daughter gets first anxiety when I leave her but Teresa puts me totally at ease by letting me know that she has started playing and it's only a momentary thing, I would highly recommend The Ladybird club, and the new play area is fab for the kids, Millie comes home every day with her artwork, paintings and things they have cooked, you get way more than you would expect from a childminder like weekly take home books for you to share with your child, Teresa really cares, and I am very happy with this service :)

Teresa looked after my boys from infancy until they were toddlers for over one year. While we were in London, she was my go-to for anything child-related. She is kind, caring, emotionally intelligent and has a keen interest in learning and teaching the children with excitement. I would trust Teresa with my children for the rest of their childhood had we not moved away to Australia.
If you choose Teresa you are certainly in great hands.

My little one has been with Teresa for a few months now and he is so happy and settled, right from the start.
He is learning loads, playing loads and getting stuck into all the activities.
Teresa has great principles and educates the children in fun ways, one of the main reasons I chose her is that I felt she would be giving my child the dedication, affection and interaction to aid his development, that I would not be able to while having to go back to work.
She has made it a super smooth process and I can highly recommend her!

The Children love Teresa to bits. They learn new things everyday and they can't wait to go to her every morning. Teresa is very professional, kind, reliable and very caring. She's also a great communicator. I know my children are safe in the care of Teresa. I would recommend any parent to take their children to Teresa. I am a happy Parent and my Children are happy.

Teresa has been great with learning how to motivate my son in trying new activities, which has been a relief for us as he has a severe visual impairment and therefore needs a lot of reassurance. She has been great in learning what his preferences are and reading his body language to know when he is and isn't comfortable.
My son has been with Teresa for almost a year now and she has helped build his confidence especially as he can take a long time to settle in new settings. Also, she has been great at ensuring he gets one-to-one time when he needs it.
Teresa is great at keeping me updated about the things they have done and how he's feeling. Also, with giving tips on new activities to try with him at home. She will also make sure that she encourages to eat more as he is a fussy eater and he has been trying new foods with Teresa that he wouldn't try at home.

My son aged 2 years has been with Teresa Clark since September and is very happy with her. In a short space of time he has settled in well, has learned so many new things such as counting, colours, and experimenting with different activities that Teresa has for all the children. My 5 year old daughter also attends after school and in the holidays. I had reservations about my daughter settling as she is very clingy to me but Teresa was fantastic and my daughter loves going there which is lovely as she doesn't like to be separated from me with anyone else at all.
I am thoroughly pleased with everything Teresa does for my children. I would definitely recommend her childcare services. Teresa has always been very accommodating and flexible for me. I can't fault her in any way.

Teresa is an excellent childminder with a wealth of experience. She always has great and innovative ideas and the children really enjoy their time there. She is very reliable and will always do whatever she can to help out. A really nice dedicated and professional lady who brings joy to the children and who really encourages and nurtures them. I have used Teresa only for two weeks while I was on Jury Services.
She looked after my 11 months son and 5year old daughter. She is flexible, reliable. Teresa accommodated us in very short time.
Both my kids enjoyed staying at Teresa house full of fun, toys and laughter.
She is very professional keeps children entertained, keeps encouraging to do new things and stimulates them to learn new things all the time.
My 5year daughter loved staying there playing and learning lots new stuff.
I am very happy with care Teresa provided for my children even if it was only for very short period of time

Teresa has looked after my children on several occasions due to my work commitments.
My two daughters always come home well educated and enthusiastic about their day spent at the ladybird club.
i would not hesitate in recommending the superb services that Teresa has to offer.

We have been using Teresa for 9 months and now have both our children with her. The children love her and we really appreciate our children being happy there.
She is very flexible and generous and provides a safe friendly environment. The children have lots of activities to do and go on many outings.
The key question is "What would we do without her"?
