We have recently had occasion to interview Roisin and speak to her references in relation to a nanny job we were advertising. She was a consummate professional, clearly knew her stuff and is a passionate and committed child care professional. Her references were all glowing. The only reason we did not take things forward with Roisin was because of a covid-related change in circumstances on our side. Otherwise we would have very enthusiastically done so.

I would have no hesitation in employing Roisin, she is a highly experienced and multi-skilled nanny. My 10 month old baby took to her immediately despite the fact that - owing to lockdown - he is not used to socialising with other people.
