Agreed hours in March 2018 every Wednesday and every other Thursday, paid deposit. Getting ready for my child to attend childminder in August, suddenly i received a message on Facebook saying that I either drop the Thursday or pay for every Thursday as well. Not to be trusted. Not professional as didn't bother ringing, just dropped a message on Facebook. If you agree something and pay deposit you have the right to expect what you agreed and not to wait 4 months then to be told "it's my way or no way". I wouldn't recommend this childminder.

Sorry to hear this negative comment.
That's true we agreed childcare in March and you paid deposit. As you booked only Wednesday and two Thursdays a month only I just kindly ask you to either book every Thursday or to drop Thursday as I can't provide childcare every other Thursday anymore. Recently I have many requests for full time or part time childcare and I inform you about it. So I explain to you if you want to keep your space you can just add two Thursdays. I didn't refuse care, you just didn't want to pay for every Thursday. Unfortunately I wouldn't fit that space ,so I had to take that hard decision and ask you for extend your days. We didn't sign any contract yet and I inform you about this change mid July and your child suppose to start September. As soon as you inform me you don't agreed to my proposal I refund you deposit. Once again I must emphasize ...I didn't refuse care, I still offered you hours you needed, you just didn't want to pay for 2 extra Thursdays a month.
