Helena has been looking after my 2 young children once a week for several months now. She is great with the children and lives into the description she provides of herself in her profile. One of my son's often struggles to feel at ease with people he doesn't know and finds it difficult when I leave. He has been absolutely fine with Helena and warmed to her rapidly. Her time keeping is great and I have found her to be really reliable. I really recommend her.

I have never met Helena , I hoped so but she did not show up in our first meeting. Despite the confirmation message that was sent the day before And was marked as “ read” she failed to inform us that she wont be coming. I tried to keep the lines of communication open by contacting her and leaving a message but there has been no response. We waited and wasted our sunday afternoon as my husband and I rarely get a chance to be free on weekends since he shift works. I would say unreliable as first impression.

Helena recently minded our 2 children (aged 7 months and 2 years) for several days while our Nanny was away. I could not have been more delighted with Helena. She has a great approach to children. My two year old is quite wary of new people but Helena gained her trust very quickly and it was really lovely to see how happy she was to see Helena on the second morning. Helena has a very respectful approach to children. It was one of the first times I left my 7 month old with someone else and Helena managed it really well. She is very organised and very kind. Helena is a lovely person and great nanny. I highly recommend her.

Helena was very accommodating in our fears of leaving our 4 month old with a babysitter for the first time. She was very child centric and our daughter took to her immediately. Will definitely be using Helena again and would recommend to anyone

Helena is a lovely person, my son really likes her. I like to hear them chatting. She is very good because she communicates a lot with my son who is 3 and listens to him. She works with his willingness and and consults his willingness which is very crucial in development of child's self determinism. When you hear them talk, it is like friends are talking. My son is only 3 and they get along very well and my son is exited to play with her. Helena is also helpful in food preparation and always leaves the place nice and clean and gives me an update after looking after David. I can trust her and she is always on time. She is genuine and speaks her mind and she is honest which I appreciate and she genuinely likes spending like with kids so I think she is very fit for this job. Highly recommended.

Helena looked after our two girls (3 and 5) for one day as a stand in for our normal nanny.
I was impressed by her communication and organisation before she started, she sent a professional looking invoice for the deposit which made it easy to pay.
She was great with the girls, adapting to new circumstances easily and getting the girls to school/ nursery and back. My youngest spent an enjoyable morning before nursery at the park and cafe with a music class.
Unfortunately Helena didn’t have a car so ballet lessons were too tricky to access on public transport, but that was ok.
I would recommend Helena to anyone looking for an ad hoc nanny.

Helena looked after my daughter, Verity for 3 afternoons last week. I appreciated how she accommodated my anxiety of leaving her by meeting with us a couple of times in advance. Her son was also very sweet and really good with Verity. I felt very comfortable leaving her as Helena seems very trustworthy and relaxed. Her manner was very calm. She genuinely cares about children and enjoys being out and about with them. I will definitely be calling on her again!!!

I have been very happy with how Helena looked after my two girls.
She always showed understanding towards our preferences on how the girls should be treated and has followed the rules we have for the children during her time with them. She is caring and genuinely loves children.
Helena really likes spending time outdoors and the girls enjoyed spending their time outside with Helena, and on occasion with her children who became close friends with my girls.
I can only highly recommend Helena.
