Fantastic home from home

My son has been going to Lillies of the Valley for a few weeks now and we couldn’t have asked for a better childminder. We visited many and Annette stood out by far- I was instantly relaxed about leaving my son. We get constant updates/images about his day and he tells us about the fun things he has been doing. Both Annette and Eddie keep us updated on how he is settling and are supporting us with our potty training.
The setting is outstanding- they have a wealth of books and toys and a lovely outdoor space. They do a lot of outdoor activities with the children and I can already see a big difference in my son’s vocabulary. The pick up/ drop off service also makes mornings much easier.

Lovely warm home

I went to view the setting and met Annette for my 9 month old daughter. The home is lovely and clean and so welcoming. Annette is really warm and my child just warmed to her really quickly (which she doesn't usually do). I'm excited for my daughter to come here!

Truly wonderful!

Annette and Eddie have been fantastic childminders for our son. They've provided a nurturing and stimulating environment that helped him blossom into a confident and happy little 3 year-old boy. They go above and beyond to ensure the children's safety, health, and well-being, and offer a wealth of fun and educational experiences (including trips to the zoo, soft play areas, museums, playgroups, and playgrounds) that fuel their learning and development.
They were also a great source of support for us, offering guidance and reassurance around aspects such as potty training and speech development.
Their evening drop-off service was invaluable in ensuring we could meet our work commitments without compromising childcare.

Amazing

I went to visit Annette for the first time yesterday with my daughter and it was great!
First we took a little tour of the place and needless to say it was a child's dream! Big outdoor space with lots of activities, costumes, little library a kitchen where they join in preparing the meals all together!
Annette talked about her family and children's achievements and that sometime they take part in activities with the others, the children she took care of and still keep in touch all things that made me want to stay really!
Also as we needed to go at the end my daughter just didn't want to leave so if that doesn't make you want to call her and see I don't know what else!
Great place, great Annette!

Lovely and caring childminder

My wife visited for a meeting with Annette today and she was so impressed with the setting. There is a very large outdoor space full of enriching toys and areas. Inside is carefully thought out and well structured for the children.

Annette spoke with warmth about the children she has cared for and was very passionate about what she does. She communicated clearly about all the activities and many trips she does with the children. My wife was impressed with all the different things Annette spoke of doing with the children for one fixed price.

My wife described her as such a lovely and caring woman!

Amazing Home for Our Twin Boys

The commitment of Annette and Eddie to what they do is simply amazing. We wanted a home away from home for our twin boys and Lilies of the Valley simply provided that. As a mother I feel relieved when the boys are with them. They do pick up the boys in the morning and return them when they close for the day. They provided the needed care and environment for the boys to learn and grow. Our boys are now confident and interact well every where they go.

Thank you for your kind words! It's amazing to see how much your boys have grown and developed. They are now interacting with others, they love small groups and their surroundings more than ever. They have also developed a healthy appetite and are eating a lot. It's wonderful to see that they enjoy dressing up and engaging in creative activities. they have a wide range of interests, from outings to the zoo, parks, lakes, play groups, farms, and gardens. We are grateful we got the opportunity to have Oliwia cared for by you.
I think there are not that many people in the business who are so flexible and accommodating!!!! Angels!!!!

It is almost a year since our journey began and we feel like we wouldn't find a better match and better place for Oliwia. It is not just babysitting. They have a development plan in place and they will work hard towards helping your child to grow. They are both very passionate and professional, always going an extra mile to accommodate the needs of each child. It is mesmerizing to watch how our daughter learns to communicate with us. She definitely speaks more English than Polish:) The most caring and kind people. Oliwia just loves coming to the setting. Everyday is a new adventure for Oliwia - from daily playgroup to trips to zoo or even Windsor.
We feel like a part of a family. I love seeing Aneettes and Eddie’s kids being involved in entertaining thr kids. I think her first word after mama and dada was Elijah:)

There are no words we can use that describe how grateful we are.

The best

Our little boy has been with Annette and Eddie for around 6 months now. I’m so happy with the service and the level of care and attention. Our son always has a wonderful time. Lots of fun day trips and activities all of the time which we get pictures and updates sent and is very reassuring and a lovely added touch. Annette and Eddie are amazing, always happy to answer any questions, really take pride in what they do and are really great caring people. I couldn’t ask for more, thank you both so much xx

Happy baby, happy parents

Our first meeting with Annette was face-to-face, and we could see immediately her passion for caring for children. She put us at ease and addressed our questions, and importantly, our little boy really took to her. She then met with us at our home to get to know our son in his own environment. The settling-in process went very smoothly: our baby very quickly became comfortable with Annette and Edward, and they kept us updated of his progress via WhatsApp – this was particularly reassuring, as this was the first time that he had been away from us for a prolonged period of time. We have been with Annette and Edward for almost 2 months, and our son seems to have settled in really well. He is eating well, experiencing a variety of fun activities, and is in great spirits when we collect him every day. Thank you for taking such great care of our precious boy! x

Wonderful

Me and my son met Annette today for our first face to face meeting. What a wonderful experience right from the beginning. It was a lovely warm welcome and felt at ease straight away, the love she has for what she and her husband do shone brightly, she was very informative of the services offered and had such a lovely approach it really was a pleasure.
